Ms. Hoffman has
over twenty years experience in commercial litigation, including federal
and state courts and appeals, in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to forming Mayback & Hoffman, P.A., Ms. Hoffman worked as an independent contract attorney providing
research and analysis on business litigation issues including business
torts, civil RICO actions, and business contract disputes, at both the
trial and appellate levels.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) has appointed Ms. Hoffman to the INTA Bulletin Committee for the 2010-2011 two-year term.
As part of her public sector experience, Ms. Hoffman clerked for Senior
Judge C. Clyde Atkins at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District
Court of Florida. Judge Atkins additionally sat by designation on the
First, Third, Ninth, and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal during
Ms. Hoffman's two year term. Ms. Hoffman also clerked for two different
judges at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Ms. Hoffman concentrates her practice in litigation, appeals, and arbitration.
