Julie Dahlgard is an attorney focusing her practice in Trademark Law and Intellectual Property Litigation, including enforcement of trademarks against infringement and counterfeiting. She is a mechanical engineer and, in that capacity, assists the patent prosecution department.
Ms. Dahlgard joins us after completing her J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Dahlgard focused on intellectual property and business law and earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Art and Law, Mediation, Professional Responsibility, and Federal Income Tax. In addition to her focus on intellectual property law, Ms. Dahlgard was a finalist in UM Law’s internationally acclaimed Law Without Walls program. She was also the program director for the Intellectual Property Law Society, a journalist for the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review, and advised entrepreneurs as a consultant at the Launch Pad.
