Founded by Gregory L. Mayback, the firm is growing and represents clients from around the world, including Australia, Canada, China, the European Union, India, Japan, Korea, and South Africa. In the United States, the firm represents multi-national corporations, businesses and individuals in Florida and elsewhere.

Catherine Hoffman joined the firm as a shareholder to expand the practice to offer litigation and appellate services to the firm’s international and domestic clients.

Both Mr. Mayback and Ms. Hoffman are second career lawyers each working in a technical field prior to becoming attorneys. Ms. Hoffman’s prior technical experience was software engineering for two multi-national corporations. Armed with an electrical engineering degree, prior to becoming a registered patent attorney, Mr. Mayback worked for two U.S. Government contractors in the area of missile defense.

Our office is located in Cooper City, Florida, approximately 10 miles west of Fort Lauderdale, near in proximity to Miami and West Palm Beach.
